In 1985, three hours after the death of Konstantin Chernenko, who was the General Secretary, Mikhail Gorbachev was elected as the General Secretary by Politburo. It was the start of this era which we call as dissolution and this event will mark the beginning of this committee.

Delegates of the Dissolution of the Soviet Union are going to represent the members of Politburo and will decide upon the destiny of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, whether they will grant a new formation to Soviets or they will keep the formation but try to evolve into something greater.
